Postcard Size Wood Plein Air Pochade Watercolor Box with Personalization

Custom engraved luxury wood watercolor box with personalization. Customize your watercolor box with your name or business name. Each watercolor box is hand assembled after being cut out and engraved on my OmTech 60w laser. You can choose from cherry or maple finish plywood. Each box is made of layers of plywood which are glued together. Inset in each half of the palette are strong magnets which hold the lid to the bottom portion of the palette and it is attached with two hinges in an antique copper finish. You will also receive two small clips in antique copper with your box. The magnets are glued in place as well. The wood is finished with a glossy lacquer to protect the wood from moisture.

There is a storage area for brushes and pencils etc. as well as a storage area for watercolor paper which fits 4x6 paper with a bit of extra room. Shown in photos is Etchr Lab watercolor postcards. The board inside the box can be laid flat on the ledges area above the paper storage or can prop it up in the notched area to make a small easel.

Inside the box, the lid contains a white resin palette. You can clean the palette by wiping it with a wet cloth and drying it. I have designed this to fit standard half or full watercolor pans. (Not included - but available to purchase separately) Please note this box does not have an air tight seal. It is closed with magnets and therefore you should not allow water to sit in the box to avoid damaging it. Allow your palette and paints to dry thoroughly before closing the box to avoid spilling or your paints becoming moldy.

If you choose the custom artwork option please message me jodie@mrshandpainted.com with your artwork. Black and white or grayscale images engrave best. If you do not have vector artwork of your artwork then I request your image in .jpg or .png format at a minimum of 300dpi.
