Shipping policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received. My preferred shipping carrier is USPS and I will ship most items First Class for FREE. If you'd like additional services added or priority shipping / express services, you will be charged for the upgraded shipping fees. 

All shipping fees paid over the actual cost of shipping charges will be refunded to the customer. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment of your purchase.

 

International customers, your order will only be shipped with tracking. Please input your country information for calculated shipping costs.

 

I am not responsible for incorrect addresses, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address. Please be aware the USPS may have delays from time to time due to volume of packages, weather or other factors which may delay shipments. Please submit all orders for custom pieces at least 3-4 weeks before needed and 6-8 weeks prior to major holiday shipping time such as Christmas.
