Digital Cut File - Decorative Engraved Laser Cut Standup Cardinals

All pieces are layered on this file so there is no slot adjustments needed. I used 1/8" mdf and used two layers for the center to bring the thickness to 1/2" and allow the bird to sit on it's own. You can use whatever thickness of material you desire. Each bird has a continuance engraving you can score and it continues onto the wing from the body. Layer the wings on top and cut the face pieces to paint separately. 3 sizes included in file - will fit on 1 1/2 glowforge size sheets.

Black = cut
red = score / line engrave

My sample is cut from 1/8" MDF and painted with montana gold spray paints.

The cut file was rendered in Adobe Illustrator.

This set includes cut files for laser cutters such as Glowforge. This file was cut and tested on my Flux Beamo laser cutter and can be used with any CNC machine. Tested on my 60w Omtech laser.
