Digital Cut File - Laser Cut Ornament - Retro Style Cardinal

A two layered ornament with the ornament loop. The cardinal wing, tail and head are scored with decorative engrave lines. The face has score lines so you can paint the face with paint pens. You can reflect the image to make a right facing cardinal as well. The wing is cut separately and glued on top of the body.

My sample is made with 1/8" baltic birch. The gel stain is Unicorn Spit - a mixture of the Red and brown called Squirrel. I used Tooli art pens in black, white and orange to paint the details on the face.

The cut file was rendered in Adobe Illustrator.

This set includes cut files for laser cutters such as Glowforge. This file was cut and tested on my Omtech 60w laser.
