I will paint in watercolor by hand on 100% cotton watercolor paper with professional grade watercolor paints. I will paint a house portrait based on your provided photograph. There are multiple size options available in the variations. Your original watercolor painting will be hand painted in the size you choose - 5 x 7 inches, 8 x 10 inches or 11 x 14 inches. These sizes will fit standard US frame sizes. I will ship to you flat in sturdy packaging unframed.

Please allow at least two to three weeks for me to complete the piece and ship to you. The process may take longer depending on number of proofs and changes needed.

Front facing photos work the best. If there are any other customizations you want we can discuss what you are wanting in your painting, such as removing neighboring structures or adding / changing landscaping or colors to suit your taste.

I want your custom house portrait to be the best it can be so I will work with you sending preliminary sketches and paint swatch tests to make sure everything is approved before I paint the finished piece! We can customize the landscaping and colors if you want to make changes.
